Weekly Classes

Sahaja Yoga Meditation literally means: meditation through a spontaneous connection (yoga) with the inner self. Instead of trying to control the mind we learn to go beyond the mind - to reach a state of inner peace but with full awareness of body, mind and subtle body (soul).

Our classes contain a balance of knowledge, guided meditation and times of stillness.means: meditation through a spontaneous connection (yoga) with the inner self. Instead of trying to control the mind we learn to go beyond the mind - to reach a state of inner peace but with full awareness of body, mind and subtle body (soul).

Dependent on instructors the format may vary (it is, after all, spontaneous), but all will allow you to grow into meditation at your own pace with the goal of becoming a master (of) yourself. The classes also provide a great opportunity to meet and walk with others on this path.
